The Akron-Canton Postal Customer Council (PCC) fosters a close working relationship between the Postal Service and business mailers by sharing information and exchanging ideas about new and existing Postal Service products, services, programs, and procedures that affect business mailers.

The Akron-Canton PCC meets on the first Thursday of each month to discuss ideas and offers educational programs, seminars and vendor events all aimed at helping business mailers find ways to take advantage of the latest postal information, resources and tools to help their business.
